Finding Your Voice
A 10-week online support group for women exploring coercion, boundaries, self-trust, and healing.
A place to understand what happened without having to tell your whole story.
Finding Your Voice is a small, supportive online group designed to help women better understand coercion, nervous-system responses, shame, boundaries, healthy relationships, self compassion and self trust.
You decide what you share. You are always allowed to pass.
You May Belong Here If. . .
Maybe youβve found yourself questioning an experience or relationship.
Maybe you agreed to something when you didnβt really feel free to say no.
Maybe you froze, went quiet, gave in, stayed, went back, or did what you needed to do to get through a difficult situation.
Maybe youβve wondered:
βWas it really that bad?β
βWhy didnβt I just say no?β
βWhy didnβt I leave?β
βWhy do I still think about it?β
Or maybe you donβt have the right words for what happened yet.
You donβt need to.
Finding Your Voice is a place to gently explore these questions without pressure to label your experience, tell your story, or share details you arenβt ready to share.
You are welcome to come exactly as you are: curious, uncertain, hopeful, hesitant, or simply looking for a place to begin.
What Weβll Explore Together
Over ten weeks, weβll gently explore the experiences that can leave us questioning ourselves, while building practical tools for understanding connection, boundaries, and self-trust.
π« Understanding the Fog
Recognizing coercion, pressure, consent, and choice.
π± Returning to Yourself
Rediscovering your identity, needs, preferences, strengths, and boundaries.
πΏ Understanding Your Nervous System
Making sense of survival responses with less judgment and more compassion.
π€ Growing Safe Connections
Learning to recognize respect, healthy relationships, repair, and connection.
πͺ¨ Setting Down Shame
Exploring self-blame, regret, and the burdens you may have been carrying.
π§ Trusting Your Inner Compass
Building self-compassion, self-trust, and confidence in your own choices.
What This Group Is Like
Finding Your Voice is a small, supportive online group designed to feel gentle, practical, and welcoming.
Each week includes simple education, guided reflection, optional discussion, and exercises from your Finding Your Voice workbook.
You will never be required to tell your story or share details about what happened to you.
You decide what you share. You can participate in the conversation, listen quietly, write privately in your workbook, or pass when you need to.
There is no βrightβ way to participate.
This is a space for learning, reflection, and connection, not a space where you will be asked to relive or recount painful experiences.
